Hi Everyone,
First post and total newbie to using ACT.
Can anyone recommend any books to better learn ACT?
What about taking classes?
I thought ACT was more user friendly, or maybe its just me but having trouble getting things set up and using ACT like I want to.
Hope you can help a newbie! |

It's a great question and so timely as we have a new resource.
ACT! Anywhere Training comes to you via the convenience of Internet-based recorded sessions, so make sure you have a high-speed Internet connection, not dial up.
Anytime Learning format enables you to start and stop any lesson or video at any time. Reruns can be fun!
It's an ideal way to review material, acquaint yourself with basic software skills Topics include create and manage contacts, schedule activities, send correspondence, set up opportunities, compile groups/companies, plus distributing data to multiple users.
The library is comprised of approximately 11 lessons that include over 35 videos, totaling more than four hours of training.
NOTE: The videos were recorded specifically for ACT! by Sage version 2010; however the material may also apply to previous versions.
It's $69.95 per person for a one year subscription.

Of course if you need more in depth or targeted training, consider a remote session by your local ACT! Certified Consultant.
